Payment and Insurance

Dr. Baccus will accept payment for sessions by cash or check. If you have a health provider, you will need to make contact with them prior to your session to determine their pre certification requirements. Because Dr. Baccus is a licenced Psychologist in Ohio (Ohio Licence #4269) his work is typically covered by PPO, PPS or Indemnity Policies that provide mental health benefits. Dr. Baccus includes current HIPAA practices related for your protected Health Care Information (PHI). He can discuss with you how this effects your use of counseling benefits and insurance reimbursement. If you do not have insurance or you have questions regarding how you can use your insurance, Dr. Baccus can discuss treatment options with you.
