For more than ten years Dr. Baccus has been providing Juvenile Court evaluations for Franklin
County. During this time Dr. Baccus has prided himself in ensuring the delivery of thorough,
expeditious evaluations that are both productive and helpful for the court
.
Demographic Background
There are alarming statistics that highlight a set of circumstances in Ohio, that if they go unaddressed
the result will be catastrophic.

Columbus Police Records confirm that African American Juveniles make up the majority of young people
who are arrested on serious charges. In fact, statistics released in 1989 state 46% of all Ohio prison
admissions among inmate ages 15-21 were African American.

In just six years, by 1995 this figure had grown to a 57% majority, while African American Youths
represented just 11% of the population.

With this in mind, Dr. Baccus as an African American Psychologist is an excellent choice as examiner
having designed comprehensive evaluation and performance appraisal systems to uncover issues specific
to African American Youths.

Dr. Baccus rapidly establishes rapport with these minority subjects which enables him to obtain the best
and most accurate test results.
